By accessing or using Just Clips, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Restoring purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App's Settings screen.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, hooks, and captions. You acknowledge that:
Your content: You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and original materials you import into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating captions for your images).
Our content: The Just Clips app, logo, design, and built-in music tracks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without our express written permission.
Generated output: You own the reels and carousels you create with Just Clips and may use them for any lawful purpose, subject to the terms of any third-party platforms where you publish them.
Just Clips includes a library of royalty-free music tracks for use within reels created with the App. These tracks are licensed for personal and commercial content creation on social media platforms. You may not extract, resell, or redistribute the audio files themselves.
Your use of Just Clips is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
